The sooner the better! We like to support couples as soon as they are engaged. However, our services can support your planning journey, from wherever you are in the process.
We support you by designing, planning and coordinating your wedding ensuring that the process is stress-free from the moment you begin working with us. We keep all aspects in check: manage suppliers, ensure all relevant paperwork is in place and check timelines. A venue coordinator’s role is primarily, to manage the logistics at the venue on the day.
After meeting with you, we send out a bespoke proposal based on your number of guests and the complexities of the wedding. Each service has a minimum charge and is a guide to what you will pay.
We specialise in multicultural and fusion weddings, in the Midlands, Cotswolds and London. If you are getting married further afield, or in a destination location, please get in touch. Naturally, we are happy to plan all types of weddings.
We are happy to provide you with a proposal for your wedding flowers. However, we also recommend other florists, where their style may be more suited to your wedding aesthetics.
Of course, we will! We make supplier recommendations from our industry knowledge, about the suppliers that are best suited to the style and overall investment for your wedding. but the final decision is yours.
